Slick Seating supplied 863 seats on three tiered grandstands
for Roaming Robots’ Robots: Extreme Wars Live - The 2011 Heavyweight
UK Championships event held in London Piazza at The O2 , London
on 23rd -24th April 2011.
This event was the first time tiered seating was installed
in London Piazza at The O2 and was one of Slick Seating’s
prestigious projects which the team delivered to the highest
of standards.
Trevor Bratty was the Roaming Robots client who had a dream
of staging such an event at The O2, he explained:
“It was a dream come true for me and having found Slick Seating
from an internet search, we worked together and nailed it
within about 6 weeks with the help of Steve Gotkine at AEG
Europe who was a massive help”
Slick Seating Hire Manager, James Carroll commented “Trevor
Bratty, Martin Price (Slick Seating Installation Manager)
and I worked hard making the dream a reality and I went up
on Easter Sunday and loved the atmosphere”
